modine.com. Position Description We are seeking a highly organized and
proactive project manager to oversee the internal project lifecycle for
our data center chiller solutions - from the point of sale through to
installation. This roll will serve as the key coordinator, ensuring that
all project milestones are met on time and that any issues or updates
are communicated effectively across departments and stakeholders. While
the onsite installation will be managed by a separate project manager,
this role will focus on the internal execution of chiller projects,
ensuring smooth transitions between sales, engineering, manufacturing,
and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong project management
experience, the ability to indirectly lead cross-functional teams, and a
PMP certification. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary internal
project manager from the sales handoff through final installation.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables,
ensuring projects stay on track. Collaborate with engineering,
manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics teams to coordinate project
execution. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring any delays or issues
are communicated promptly to stakeholders. Act as the primary point of
contact for internal teams, providing regular project updates and status
reports. Work closely with the onsite project manager to ensure a smooth
transition when the chiller reaches installation. Manage change orders,
scope adjustments, and customer expectations throughout the project
