In this role, you will support customer operations through order and quote processing, account management, and responsive communication. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

Customer Support & Order Management

Process customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently using internal systems

Respond to inquiries regarding new and existing orders in a timely and professional manner

Remain available for incoming calls and ensure prompt acknowledgment and resolution of customer requests

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts, including contact and tooling information

Document all customer interactions to ensure reliable records for both customers and internal teams

Product Knowledge & Problem Solving

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's product lines, features, and applications

Continuously expand knowledge of new products and updates to existing offerings

Use product and system knowledge to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions

Provide accurate and timely pricing across all product families

Systems & Process Adherence

Learn and follow departmental procedures, systems, and process improvements

Enter and manage data accurately within order entry and ERP systems

Follow Customer Service Department Guidelines and internal resources for policies and procedures

Team Collaboration & Company Values

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions-via phone, email, and in person

Maintain a positive attitude while showing respect to customers and colleagues

Contribute to a culture of respect, support, and continuous improvement

Meet and maintain performance expectations established by management

Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required

6-12 months of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Demonstrated professional writing ability

Strong and accurate typing skills with efficient computer use

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP or contact management systems

Ability to calculate numerical figures such as discounts, percentages, and basic measurements

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment

Customer-focused, dependable, and adaptable mindset

Bilingual skills are a plus, depending on role
