Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17 per hour

Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift (will train on first shift for 1-2 weeks 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant II? You'll be:

Assisting with recruiting responsibilities, including supporting the application process and managing candidate flow

Answering phones professionally and courteously

Greeting and tracking people entering the facility

Maintaining accurate attendance records

Proactively handling issues and implementing solutions

Reporting to supervisory staff and supporting various administrative duties

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Are bilingual in English and Spanish ( required )

Have prior administrative or recruiting experience (preferred)

Are dependable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Thrive in roles requiring frequent communication and interaction

Are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records
