Role Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Communications Specialist II is a key member of the Marketing Team. The Marketing Communications Specialist II will be responsible for the creation of and execution of marketing assets and campaigns supporting The Kendall Group's business initiatives.

Exciting work you will do: The essential duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Specialist II position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

Campaign Development Design and develop marketing campaigns (content, execution, delivery) to support sales goals and event marketing using all marketing methodologies: email, web SEO, social media, and print, ensuring all campaign materials are presented timely and accurately Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop customer-centric and coordinated messages to grow opportunities, promote customer acquisition, influence external audiences, build brand awareness, elevate visibility within industry markets, and enhance sales enablement Deploy targeted communications to customers using marketing automation platforms to launch and track results Work with supplier teams to leverage applicable supplier content and ensure all supplier usage/brand guidelines are being followed Increase brand recognition through communication of the corporate value proposition(s) via email, web, print, and other channels

Asset and Collateral Creation Write and design compelling and consistent brand messages for various marketing assets including emails, newsletters, website content, landing pages, brochures, videos, banner ads, social media, and branding elements Effectively communicate complex messages in a variety of communication forms to varying audiences Support event marketing and sales promotion needs with material creation such as print collateral, signage, forms, web and email promotions, and social media content Work with E-commerce team to design visually compelling assets, icons, and banner ads for use across desktop and mobile responsive website Develop appropriate website content and landing pages, ensuring best practices are followed (working with in-house or external partners) Maintain good working knowledge of platforms (creative, CMS, marketing automation, CRM, social publishing) and tools utilized in content creation and deployment Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need: Work Experience: 3 years of marketing/marketing communications experience Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or commensurate experience

Analytics/Computer Skills: High competency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience working with design platforms and tools; knowledge of digital communication channels and measurement practices; experience working in email or marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot; strong analytical skills

Organization Skills: Highly organized with very strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment

Cross-functional skills: Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment; high degree of creativity and ability to translate information from product and technical teams into customer-focused/friendly language

Communication Skills: Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; advanced copywriting and proofreading skills; proficiency in design, writing, editing, and project management; knowledge of digital communication channels, omni-channel campaign execution, and measurement practices Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to see, talk, and hear; ability to sit for 8 hours a day; reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions

Physical Environment: Normal office environment

Travel: Occasional travel for meetings or conferences

Qualifications we prefer but don't require: Work Experience: 3+ years of marketing/marketing communications experience, B2B preferred; experience in electrical/industrial distribution

Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience working in marketing automation platforms; HubSpot preferred
