Title: Customer Service

Location: Lake Forest IL (100% Onsite)

Duration: 12 Month's + Extension

Pay Range : $21.45/hr (On W2)

We are looking for a " Customer Service Representative "to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Customer Service Representative - Healthcare (Lake Forest IL - Local Candidates Only)

Job Title: Customer Support Representative - Healthcare

Experience: 3-5 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year equivalent)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with 3-5 years of experience to handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from healthcare customers. The role involves using internal databases and multiple systems to retrieve information, resolve inquiries, and provide accurate support while following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with speed and accuracy

Use internal databases and resources to retrieve customer or company information

Follow SOPs and provide clear, accurate information to healthcare customers

Multitask across calls, emails, and multiple computer systems

Demonstrate patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills

Required Skills

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Ability to multitask between calls, emails, and different platforms

Good computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a team environment

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems

Background in the healthcare industry
