Sales Executive - Staffing & RecruitingJob Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business development and client growth within our staffing and recruiting services. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and partnering with recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience selling staffing services, managing client accounts, and achieving revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within target industries through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.

Promote and sell staffing solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire services .

Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure client hiring needs are clearly understood and fulfilled.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls to understand workforce needs and business objectives.

Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure .

Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to meet or exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of placed candidates.

Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions using CRM tools.

Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new staffing opportunities.

Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.

Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and business development activities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of sales or business development experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions .

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling IT, government, or professional staffing services .

Existing network of hiring managers or industry contacts.

Experience with contract staffing and managed services programs.

Pay Rate / Range:_$28-$30

The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities; the candidate's experience, education, and skills; location; travel required; and current market conditions._
