Summary This position is located at US Mint,Office of the Director - Key Accounts Branch. As a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and manage the delivery of major, high-priority products and services which are central to the Bureau's goals. The employee is responsible for conceiving and developing new product ideas and initiatives; sustaining and maximizing the growth potential for new and mature products; monitoring the status and progress of product production. Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist, you will: Gather information, identifying and analyzing issues, and developing recommendations to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program or program support setting. Develop new or modified work methods, organizational structures, records and files, management process, staffing patterns, procedures for administering program services, guidelines and procedures and automating work processes for the conduct of administrative support functions or program operations. Plan and carry out projects to improve the efficiency and productivity of organizational and employees in administrative support activities. Identify, analyze, and make recommendations to resolve conventional problems and situations in workflow, work distribution, staffing, performance appraisal, organizational structure, and/or administration. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience bringing multiple consumer products to market from inception to product launch; AND Providing post launch product support by monitoring and managing product inventory, sales revenue and marketing, and advertising promotions for those products throughout the product lifecycle; AND Performing comparative analysis of previous product and/or the performance of similar products sales history; AND Utilizing Oracle to process order entry for high-value bullion products.
