Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

The Customer Service & Data Entry Representative is responsible for supporting customers by answering product- and service-related inquiries via phone and email. This role focuses on maintaining accurate customer records, processing account updates and adjustments, and resolving customer issues efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer inquiries regarding products, services, order status, and shipments via phone and email
Attract and retain customers by providing accurate, timely, and professional support
Maintain and update customer records by entering and validating account information
Process customer account adjustments and order updates accurately
Resolve product or service issues by identifying the root cause, determining the appropriate solution, and following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential product or service improvements to management by analyzing customer feedback and needs
Run, review, and navigate simple reports using Excel and internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information, ETAs, and shipment tracking

ERP systems (experience with SAGE 100 is a strong plus)
Required Skills

Training & Ramp-Up
New hires will be trained on internal systems, reports, customer portals, and ERP tools to ensure they can confidently provide accurate product information, ETAs, and shipment tracking details. Training also includes phone-based customer support.
Typical ramp-up time: 2-3 months to reach full productivity.

Learning how to navigate reports, portals, and our ERP in order to provide customers with accurate information regarding products, ETAs, and tracking shipments. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
