About theRole:

As a CBREMoves Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative assistance andimplementation support to the Moves, Additions, and Changes team in thedelivery of projects. This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changesfunction.

They areresponsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

This rolewill be located in San Jose, CA supporting a large technology company. Someovertime and local travel may be required.

WhatYou'll Do:

Assist withthe execution of office moves and reconfigurations for assigned buildings.

Followcustomer requirements, internal policies and procedures, and external legalrequirements.

Provideoversight on project documentation preparation.

Attendweekly relocation coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders. Preparemeeting minutes and provide updates on project progress on scope, budget,schedule, and risks.

Processinvoices and pay applications related to projects or assigned teams andclients. - Coordinate project documentation revisions and distributions.

Help todevelop and distribute communication plans for moves including newsletters,move instructions, welcome packages, etc.

Useexisting procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limitedopportunity to exercise discretion.

Impactthrough clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. -Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under closesupervision and guidance.

WhatYou'll Need:

High SchoolDiploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

Ability tofollow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

-Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.

Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Basic mathskills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, andmarkups.

- Applicantsmust be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Moves Coordinator position is $60,000 annually [or $28.84 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Moves Coordinator position is $70,000 annually [or $33.65 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
