Content Marketing Manager

Our client, the building materials and climate tech industry, is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join their team. As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be part of the Marketing Department supporting the Sales and R&D teams. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, visual design proficiency, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Content Marketing Manager

Location: Ypsilanti, MI

Pay Range: $25.00-$27.00/hr.

Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:30pm

What's the Job?

Lead the development, creation, and management of the marketing and sales content ecosystem.

Create and maintain core marketing assets such as presentations, case studies, brochures, and technical collateral.

Develop campaign-driven content supporting demand generation, including landing pages, email nurture content, and trade show materials.

Partner with Sales and R&D teams to develop sales enablement materials like proposal assets and customer education resources.

Manage website content updates through WordPress, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns.

What's Needed?

5+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing communications, or content development within B2B building materials, climate tech, CRE, or related industries.

Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear narratives.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for designing marketing collateral.

Experience managing and updating websites using WordPress.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
