The Marketing Specialist I supports the execution of marketing campaigns and events. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational marketing knowledge and a desire to grow within a dynamic team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Supports the planning and coordination of marketing events, including logistics, vendor communication, and on-site support

Conducts market research and analyze consumer trends

Helps create content for social media, email, and web

Tracks and reports on campaign and event performance metrics

Collaborates with and supports other marketing team members as needed

Stays up-to-date on industry trends

Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred

0-2 years of marketing experience

Strong writing and editing skills

Excellent research and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organized

Creative and innovative thinker

Proficiency in the English language is required
