Reimbursement Paid Holidays About the Role Maintain and oversee a
compliant Process Safety Management program. Monitor and uphold all EHS
compliance requirements across the facility. Complete Tier II,
stormwater, and wastewater reporting. Manage hazardous and nonahazardous
waste streams. Partner with employees in a cooperative, respectful, and
solutionsafocused manner. Ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all
EHS programs, documentation, and reporting. Conduct thorough incident
investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action
recommendations. Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams on
equipment, facility, and process design to ensure safe, ergonomic work
environments. Serve as Chairperson of the Safety Committee and actively
support its initiatives. Develop and deliver EHS training programs for
employees. Stay current on DOT, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory
requirements. Maintain safety equipment, first aid supplies, and
emergency response readiness. Provide timely and accurate reports to
