As a Security Officer Armed Rover - Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. You will conduct routine rounds, document activity, respond to situations as needed, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Conduct armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or authorization, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs in accordance with site requirements.

Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and public responders as directed.

Complete timely reports and documentation for patrol activities, access control actions, incidents, and equipment checks, including communication via radio and/or phone.

Minimum Requirements:

Have 2 or more years of security-related experience.

Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience OR a college degree.

Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be 21 or more years of age.

Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
