You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and unusual activity with clear, professional communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, access control issues, medical events, and/or suspicious activity.

Control access through designated entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, monitoring visitor processing, and following post orders for restricted areas.

Complete security-related reports and logs, document incidents, and communicate observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Hold an active DoD Secret clearance.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Hold Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
