Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management office supporting various technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Location: Little Canada, MN

Pay Range: $84/hr on w2

What's the Job?

Lead and coordinate multiple project teams to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Foster a collaborative environment to promote continuous improvement and innovation.

Proven experience in project management within a technical or software environment.

Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under pressure.
