Job Title: Administrative Assistant III

Location: Ridgefield, CT

Type: Contract

Compensation: $26.66/hr

Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (at least 1 day a week onsite)

Hours: Monday- Friday normal business hours

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to departmental teams, including data entry, meeting and conference room coordination, travel arrangements, and general staff assistance.

Manage records retention and file organization to ensure accurate documentation and accessibility.

Process and track purchase orders and invoices through internal systems.

Order and maintain departmental supplies and support expense report reconciliation.

Assist with training class coordination and administrative logistics.

Conduct all work in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle confidential information.

Systems Experience

SAP (specifically purchase order creation).

Concur (expense management).

DocuSign.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required.

2-5 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience.
