Are you an organized and motivated individual seeking your next opportunity as an Administrative Assistant? We are looking for a reliable professional to support our office operations and contribute to a collaborative, laid-back team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.

Organize and schedule appointments.

Plan meetings, coordinate logistics, and take detailed meeting minutes.

Write and distribute email, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive filing system.

Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Order office supplies, researching new deals and suppliers as needed.

Maintain up-to-date contact and vendor lists.

Provide general support to visitors and office guests.

Liaise with executive office staff and administrative team to handle requests and queries from senior managers.

Top 3 Must-Have Qualifications:

Property management experience highly preferred.

Proven data entry and customer service skills.

Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment.

Software Skills Required:

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a detail-oriented environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with a high standard of conduct.

Familiarity with email correspondence and basic office operations.
