JOB REQUIREMENTS: InsightFS is headquartered in Jefferson, Wisconsinwith 23 branches across the state and upper peninsula of Michigan. Insight FS has 430+ employees (including seasonal workers) and approximately 50,000 customers. The cooperative does business in agronomy, agri-finance, precision agriculture, nutrient management, energy, feed, grain, and turf. InsightFS is part of the GROWMARK System, an agricultural cooperative serving more than 100,000 customers across North America and Ontario, Canada. PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Responsible for providing customer service and marketing assistance to increase customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation and profitability of the organization. Duties also include assisting with the daily operational duties at the facility. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Compiles data and prepares accurate invoices for all service work and products sold in a timely manner to ensure accurate receivables. Reconciles inventory variances. Provides quality customer service to walk-in customers and on the phone. Assists in maintaining accurate inventory and inventory position (booking) records for all products. Processes payments and prepares daily deposit and balances deposit to daily sales report. Supports all Managers/Salespeople with marketing activities. Responsible for assisting with operations at retail supply location. Assists with inventory and distribution of products. Stocks and moves warehouse product and material. Works with location manager on all safety and compliance issues. OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Follows GROWMARK\'s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply. May be required to cross-train and substitute for other administrative positions. May be required to drive and run local errands as needed. Performs all other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an Associate\'s Degree in a business or agriculture related field or the equivalent thereof, and 2 years or more of office related work experience. Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development. Must have and maintain a valid driver\'s license and satisfactory driving record. May be willing to obtain and maintain a forklift certificate and a CDL. May be required to work extended hours during busy season. May be required to travel independently and overnight. Occasionally exposed or required to: Extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) Noisy conditions Working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards, requiring utilization of appropriate safety measures May be required to work at varying heights ...
