Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Blue Ash, Ohio. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the daily operations of an organization within the amusement and entertainment industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office functions and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office files, records, and documentation to ensure accessibility and efficiency.

Provide support with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members.

Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond or redirect inquiries appropriately.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials as needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.

Process and file paperwork accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry and maintaining databases.

Support special projects or assignments as required by management.

Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus. TalentMatch®
