Job Description:ServiceNow ArchitectLocation: Pennington, New Jersey (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 12 monthsRole OverviewAs a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will lead the assessment of existing vulnerability remediation tools, processes, and support capabilities. Your responsibility will include defining requirements and architecting solutions for translating these capabilities into the ServiceNow Platform. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to train team members on ServiceNow functionalities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the effort to assess existing vulnerability remediation tools and processes.Define requirements and architect solutions for implementation within the ServiceNow Platform.Assess existing vulnerability business processes, tools, and applications to develop business rules for ServiceNow configuration.Analyze current vulnerability application features and business logic to determine the best path for integration into ServiceNow.* Assist in evolving governance routines to support ServiceNow business rules and workflow.Translate existing reporting from platforms like Tableau into standard ServiceNow reports for various personas.Train team members on the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module and other platform capabilities.Required QualificationsEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.Experience: A minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow experience is required, with a focus on the Vulnerability Response module, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS modules. Experience in Vulnerability Management, vulnerability remediation, or patching is also necessary.Technical Skills: Candidates must have strong knowledge of the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module, JavaScript, Glide API, and REST/SOAP integrations. A strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture is essential.
