Position Summary...
Sam's Club is looking for a hands-on, design-driven product development leader to elevate our Seasonal Home Décor assortment across seasonal and core categories.
This is not a maintenance role. It's a high-visibility opportunity to bring product strategy, design clarity, and executional excellence to a complex, high-SKU business. Your product expertise, customer/member-first mindset, and industry vision will enable you to create innovative, high-quality products that members trust and love. In this role, you will translate deep member insights and technical expertise into best-in-class product strategies and specifications. You will partner closely with merchants and cross-functional teams to bring new products to life, influence category direction, and help shape the future of Seasonal Home Décor at Sam's Club.
This is an individual contributor role with significant influence and visibility, located in Bentonville, Arkansas (relocation assistance offered).
What you'll do...
You'll thrive in this role if:
You are passionate about building successful businesses and grounded in the fundamentals of product development, including member insights, trends, brand development, technical design, and manufacturing.
You build trusted relationships at all levels, both internally and externally, and know how to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
You are data and AI-savvy, using analytics, member behavior, and emerging AI tools to anticipate market shifts and accelerate learning and strategic planning.
You confidently work across business leaders (merchants, executives) and technical experts (design, sourcing, quality, manufacturing) to drive priorities forward with clarity and influence.
You are tenacious, self-directed, and energized by ownership, autonomy, and healthy competition in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment at Fortune 1 scale.
You'll make an impact by:
Being self-motivated: Proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and developing member propositions without waiting for direction.
Staying member-centered: Championing innovation, quality, and value-always fighting for the member to deliver the right product at the right price.
Remaining adaptable: Leading effectively through ambiguity and change, demonstrating resilience, creativity, and resourcefulness.
Influencing others: Communicating clearly and confidently with audiences of all sizes, from cross-functional partners to senior leadership.
Operating with excellence: Setting a high standard for execution by managing KPIs, staying organized, delivering results, and continuously developing yourself and others.
