JOB REQUIREMENTS: The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures
and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for
growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members
to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a
Custodian for County Materials at our Oconomowoc, WI, location. Job
Duties: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various areas in office
and manufacturing facilities; offices, restrooms, common spaces, and
other designated areas to maintain a hygienic environment. Perform minor
maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets,
repairing minor damages, and ensuring that facilities are in proper
working condition. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries,
and other necessary items to ensure that facilities are well-stocked and
prepared for use. Manage waste disposal processes, including emptying
trash cans, recycling materials, and ensuring compliance with waste
management regulations. Recognize any issues pertaining to compliance
with safety regulations, sanitation standards, and organizational
policies and procedures. Operating floor sweeper in the building and the
concrete in the yard. Interact with team members and visitors,
responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing assistance
as needed. Specialized cleaning duties such as floor waxing, carpet
cleaning, or cleaning sensitive equipment, as needed. Maintain records
related to cleaning schedules, supply inventory, maintenance tasks, and
other relevant documentation. Occasional minimal location landscaping to
be performed, including clearing snow. Ensure that all tasks are
completed efficiently and effectively. Work Environment: Office and
