Position Type:Part-Time Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and
energetic individual to join our team as a Bartender / Cook. This dual
role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment,
providing excellent customer service while preparing both food and
beverages. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong multitasking
skills and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities Bartending
Duties: Greet and serve customers with professionalism and a friendly
attitude. Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
according to recipes. Maintain knowledge of drink menus, daily specials,
and customer preferences. Check identification to verify age
requirements. Keep the bar area clean, stocked, and organized. Handle
cash, credit card transactions, and maintain accurate tabs. Open / Close
responsibilities as needed. Cooking Duties: Prepare, cook, and present
menu items in accordance with recipes and standards. Operate kitchen
equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of cooking
stations, kitchen tools, and food prep areas. Follow food safety and
sanitation guidelines. Assist in inventory management, including
stocking and rotation of ingredients. Collaborate with the team to
ensure timely service of food and drinks. Qualifications 1+ years
previous experience as a bartender, cook, or in a combined role
preferred. Knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks at
once. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must meet local
legal age requirements for serving alcohol. Flexibility to work
evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift
up to 40 lbs (kegs, boxes, kitchen supplies). Comfortable working in hot
