As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to concerns with calm, customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a manufacturing and industrial facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate internal personnel and/or emergency services when needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse space, exterior grounds, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazardous or unusual conditions for reporting.

Control access at designated entry points by verifying credentials, managing visitor sign-in, and directing deliveries and drivers to approved locations per site procedures.

Complete timely patrol logs and incident reports, monitor alarms and/or cameras when assigned, and communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
