Direct Hire - Sales Representative - Water Restoration OR Excavation

Schedule: Open availability 8 hour shift - 7:30 a.m.-11:59 p.m., 7 days/week (not 24/7, but flexible)

Travel: Personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed .72 a mile

We're hiring a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Rep to help homeowners and businesses facing urgent water damage or sewer issues. This is a field-based role that rewards ownership, accountability, and a true hunter mindset. Base Uncapped commission + warm inbound leads (no cold calling).

Qualifications:

6+ month of experience in customer-facing sales

Clean driving record

Experience with KPI's and metrics

Experience in service sales, such as pest control, solar, mobile selling, cable, or home improvement sales nice to have!

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative, you will maintain ongoing communication with current clients, proactively reaching out to understand their plumbing or water-related concerns and recommending appropriate solutions. You will utilize company pricing tools and insurance parameters to prepare accurate, competitive estimates for repairs or replacements, guiding customers toward the best options and securing sales. Serving as a knowledgeable point of contact, you will offer clear and reliable information to help customers make informed decisions. Additionally, you will utilize prospecting tools to follow up on leads for residential and commercial clients experiencing water damage or plumbing issues.

Responsibilities include:

Identify opportunities to repair or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial properties.

Perform video inspections of sewer systems to evaluate issues such as root intrusion, structural damage, or other conditions that may require excavation or line replacement.

Identify and present solutions for addressing water-related property damage in homes and businesses.

Conduct on-site evaluations to measure moisture levels, determine the extent of damage, and assess whether demolition, drying, or other restoration steps are necessary.

Compensation

Uncapped commission, paid when jobs complete

5% weekly at $15K 7% at $25K

$0.725/mile reimbursement

$3,500 travel voucher at $1.3M yearly sales?

Training: 3-4 weeks; $1,000 training pay

Disqualifier: Cannot work evenings/weekends

Scenario A - $15,000/week all year (5% tier)

Weekly commission: $15,000 × 5% = $750

Annual commission: $750 × 52 = $39,000

Base salary: $24,000

Total annual pay (cash): $63,000

Scenario B - $25,000/week all year (7% tier)

Weekly commission: $25,000 × 7% = $1,750

Annual commission: $1,750 × 52 = $91,000

Base salary: $24,000

Total annual pay (cash): $115,000

Total annual sales: $25,000 × 52 = $1,300,000
