Key Responsibilities

· Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

· Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, presentations, and other business documents.

· File, organize, and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

· Read, review, and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to evaluate importance and determine appropriate distribution or action steps.

· Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and other business meetings.

· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements as needed.

· Serve as a communication liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.

· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold professional standards in all communication and documentation.

Required Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

· Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback to team members.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Previous administrative or office management experience preferred.

Pay Details: $43.60 per hour
