Job Description:

Receive and process orders by pulling from inventory, packing, creating FedEx shipping labels and ensuring orders are delivered to the appropriate pickup location.

Maintain stocked inventory proactively

Compile color sets, keeping minimum on hand for quick shipping

Label or re-label sample items as needed, ensuring product is correctly identified on the sample

Communicate, interact and collaborate with marketing team to expedite order fulfillment and to work through order issues

Routinely help deliver items from the admin building to the plant and from the plant to the admin building

Oversee shipping inventory to ensure appropriate quantities of packing materials and sizes are available

Other duties as assigned by department manager

Skills:

Highly motivated team player with the ability to learn and work independently.

Reliable, punctual, and able to excel in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize time in completion of tasks

Knowledge:

Expert in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)

Knowledge of fulfilment processes including pulling, packing, and shipping SOPs

Experience:

One to two years' experience working in large inventory management

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $19.50 - $25.50.

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
