Description & Requirements

The Regional Marketing Associate supports the managing partner, industry leaders, and marketing and business development efforts to advance key strategic growth initiatives. This role contributes across multiple areas, including marketing campaigns, brand awareness, event planning, social media, advertising, trade associations, publications, project management, media relations, market and competitive analysis, internal communications, and more.

What You Will Do:

Demonstrate awareness of key strategic growth opportunities, initiatives, and services to support marketing and business development. Support and leverage thought leadership activities, including speaking engagements, social media, articles, webinars, and videos. Coordinate local association and conference activities, including memberships, logistics, sponsorships, and thought leadership opportunities. Plan and manage local Forvis Mazars-hosted events, including defining goals, selecting locations, identifying target audiences, and managing session logistics and invitations. Assist in identifying target markets and prospects, ensuring accurate inclusion in Forvis Mazars systems. Support industry professionals with market and competitive analysis, as well as project management tasks. Participate in collaborative efforts to ensure alignment with team strategy. Begin developing a client-centric mindset and understanding of marketing and advertising best practices, while adhering to Forvis Mazars' marketing philosophy. Maintain a basic understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and available training resources. Collaborate with regional team members, including the Strategic Marketing Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Marketing Manager. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in English, Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree Familiarity with CRM and marketing systems Prior experience in a professional services firm

New Jersey Wage Transparency

Pursuant to New Jersey's Pay Transparency Law, the salary range displayed is for the New Jersey market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Positions that are non-exempt will be eligible for overtime pay compensable at a rate of one and a half times the hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 in a work week. Benefits are eligibility-based and could include group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Forvis Mazars reserves the right to make changes to the salary range based on business needs.

NJ Minimum Salary (USD) $ 64200

NJ Maximum Salary (USD) $ 107000
