G & J Site Solutions, Inc. is hiring full-time, seasonal Construction Laborers, Crew Leaders, CDL Drivers, and Irrigation Technicians in Hancock, Michigan. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

A position with G & J is ideal for someone that enjoys variety in construction work. Our projects include turf restoration, landscaping, irrigation installation and maintenance, and guardrail installation on private, state funded, and federally funded projects across Northeastern Wisconsin and Northern Michigan.

WHAT WE OFFER.

Entry-level Laborer. $17.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Experienced Laborer. $18.00 - $22.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Crew Leader. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Irrigation System Technician. $20.00 -- $25.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.

Class A CDL endorsement. For those with a Class A CDL, your rate of pay increases $2.00 per hour depending on the position you hold (Laborer, Crew Leader, or Technician).

Wages for work on State or Federally funded projects may be paid at a corresponding Davis-Bacon wage that can be up to $56.26 per hour or higher.

Seasonal, full-time Monday--Friday position working Spring -- December. Schedules may flex based on company needs and could include an occasional Saturday.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.

Michigan Driver's License and a clean driving record required.

Class A Commercial Driver's License preferred, but not required. Those with a valid Class A CDL endorsement will be paid a higher pay rate and higher travel reimbursement. Employees that show initiative and the ability to operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner, we will assist you in obtaining your Class A CDL.

Enjoy hands-on work and being active outdoors in all kinds of weather. This role includes inspecting and loading equipment, lifting up to 50 pounds, installing guardrails, and helping keep job sites clean, safe, and organized.

Available to travel to job sites as needed, including occasional overnight stays depending on the project location. We provide transportation to and from job sites, plus lodging whenever an overnight stay is required.

You are reliable, trustworthy, can meet deadlines, and work well individually and as a team member.

Ability to successfully pass a pre-hire drug and alcohol screening.
