Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Woodland Hills, California. In this role, you will support sales operations by scheduling appointments, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team, ensuring efficiency and timely follow-ups.

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, providing a high level of service and professionalism.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities within the system.

Support the sales team by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor and track the progress of sales leads, ensuring timely communication and updates.

Assist in implementing and improving sales processes to optimize workflow.

Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, maintaining positive relationships.

Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies by providing insights and feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related activities. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.

Strong skills in inside, direct, inbound, and outbound sales.

Excellent customer service abilities, with a focus on building lasting relationships.

Proficiency in managing and tracking sales activities using relevant tools or software.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team.
