Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Director of Marketing! This person is responsible for all activities relating to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets as well as marketing communications and public relations. Specific responsibilities include market assessment; market research and planning; strategic direction for promotion and advertising; communications and public relations both external and internal, and hiring and directing the day-to-day activities of marketing team.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Public Relations, healthcare administration, or related field. ?Graduate degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years' experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the healthcare setting. With a minimum of 5 years people management experience with strong mentoring and demonstrated team leader skills. - Comfortable in leadership, speaking to c-suite, open to having conversation with leaders
