At Ford, we are redefining the future of the Motorcraft brand within the automotive aftermarket. We are seeking a marketing leader who will guide this evolution, blending brand stewardship, strategic planning, and operational excellence to support Motorcraft's continued growth.
In this role, you will help shape and protect the Motorcraft brand by developing consistent, high quality marketing resources and ensuring our sales teams and partners have the tools they need to succeed. You will support the organization and deployment of creative assets, enhance our media presence, and manage key sponsorship integrations (including NHRA and NASCAR). This position requires strong brand governance, disciplined budget management, and an ability to support a fast moving, high impact marketing organization.
What you'll do...
Marketing Strategy & Brand Architecture (40%)
Spearhead the future of Motorcraft: Support the strategic marketing roadmap for Motorcraft's resurgence, developing innovative initiatives that modernize the brand and drive product expansion.
Brand Stewardship & Creative Direction: Act as the ultimate "Motorcraft Brand Ambassador," ensuring absolute brand integrity and a premium aesthetic across all digital/print media, banners, and physical merchandise.
Media & Creative Oversight: Working with the Agency of Record, directing the development of high-impact creative assets, managing the pipeline for digital and print media initiatives that resonate with commercial and wholesale audiences.
Market Intelligence: Facilitate research studies and market data analysis to identify "white space" opportunities for new marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Promotional Execution & Sales Enablement (40%)
High-Octane Sponsorship Management: Lead our premier motorsports initiatives, including NHRA and NASCAR sponsorships, ensuring these high-visibility platforms are fully integrated into our promotional ecosystem.
Sales Enablement Engine: Architect and deploy a suite of aggressive selling tools-including Flyers, Guides, Tech Tips, and the Advantage program-to arm our sales force with the resources needed to win.
Promotional & Contest Strategy: Assist with the design and execution of channel-specific contests, C&I (Contests & Incentives), and Ford Pro marketing initiatives to drive engagement and volume.
Merchandising & Event Excellence: Oversee the "Shop Ford Gear" ecosystem, promotional merchandise (trinkets), and event-specific resources to ensure a dominant brand presence at every industry touchpoint.
Budget Management & Operational Support (20%)
Financial Stewardship: Direct the management and tracking of the Motorcraft marketing budget with meticulous precision, overseeing the lifecycle of 15+ Purchase Orders (POs) and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Resource Centralization: Create an efficient system to centralize all critical marketing resources (CRM, market insights, training) to empower sales teams and partners.
Agency & Vendor Management: Lead special project resources and external creative and marketing agencies to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional scale-ups.
ROI & Performance Tracking: Implement sophisticated tracking to measure the effectiveness of marketing spend and promotional initiatives, using data to relentlessly optimize our "Revenue Engineering."
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of experience in Marketing Leadership, Brand Management, or Sales Operations.
1+ years of experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720-162,120.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
