Digital Marketing Specialist

Description We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Moline, Illinois. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the online presence of a mission-driven financial services organization, crafting strategies that engage diverse audiences and elevate the brand's impact in the community. This position offers a mostly remote work environment with occasional onsite collaboration to foster teamwork and creativity.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and growth.

Manage social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, performance tracking, and analytics.

Enhance the organization's website by updating content, optimizing landing pages, and improving user experience.

Create compelling branded content and visuals tailored to resonate with various audience segments.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute marketing initiatives that align with the brand's goals.

Plan and coordinate community-focused marketing events, including sponsorships and volunteer activities.

Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to refine strategies and achieve measurable results.

Utilize marketing tools and automation platforms to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Maintain a consistent and attentive brand presence across all digital channels. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media strategy.

Proficiency with social media management tools; experience with Sprout Social is a plus.

Familiarity with website content management systems; Sitefinity experience is advantageous.

Strong creative skills combined with an analytical approach to using data for decision-making.

Experience with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools is beneficial.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
