Outside Sales Representative: Uncapped Commission!

Work with one of the largest e-commerce companies! They're launching a logistics and delivery-solutions program and are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help expand its network of small-business partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships face-to-face, and is energized by community engagement. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective business owners, guiding them through a new opportunity designed to elevate delivery services in local markets.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in sales and/or customer service.

Must be bilingual in Spanish or Hindi

Outside Sales experience is a plus

Experience with Excel and CRM software.

Job Description:

This exciting role involves building relationships with local businesses to join a new delivery program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other contractors to visit businesses, pitch the program, qualify prospects, guide them through the application process, drive community referrals, and organize recruitment events. The position requires traveling long distances and offers the potential to earn commissions for successful partner conversions.

Responsibilities include:

Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns within a 90-minute driving distance.

Present and pitch the program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications.

Qualify businesses and guide them through the application process, managing leads in Salesforce.

Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings.

Collaborate with local influencers like chambers of commerce and economic development associations.

Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis.

This is a Contract position based out of Idaho Falls, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
