Position Summary

Lead technical design for complex Salesforce initiatives

Review and influence designs produced

Set and enforce coding standards and best practices

Mentor senior and mid-level engineers

Drive platform scalability, performance, and reliability

Support Production support Issues

Required Qualifications

Salesforce CRM: Apex Classes, Triggers, Visual Force Pages, Workflow, Validation Rules, Reports, Sharing & Settings, Profiles, LWC?

Salesforce CRM Tools: VS Code, Codebuilder, Autorabit DevOps, Data Loader, Workbench ?

GitHub, Conga, Adobe E-Sign, Skuid ?

Agile Development Methodologies ?

API Integration

Software Development

Organizational Skills

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Apex and LWC development

Event-driven and API-based integrations

Data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture

Governor limit management and performance tuning

CI/CD pipelines and release automation

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

10 plus years of professional software engineering experience

6 plus years of hands-on Salesforce development

Demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise implementations

Experience working with US-based stakeholders

Strong written and verbal English communication

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
