Job Title: Robotics EngineerJob Description

Join our dynamic team as a Robotics Engineer where you will play a key role in designing and implementing automated production equipment solutions. You will work collaboratively within an engineering team to understand and modify design requirements for automated systems, providing on-site support to install and mature control systems.

Responsibilities

Provide mechanical design to produce automated production equipment solutions for assembly and installation at production facilities.

Collaborate within an engineering team to understand and modify design requirements for automated production equipment.

Offer on-site support to install, system up, and mature control systems for production equipment.

Create and maintain critical path schedules for work assignments to achieve project milestones for small to medium projects of low to medium complexity.

Conduct and attend design reviews to ensure design standards are met and specifications are satisfied for deliverables.

Continuously apply engineering principles to learn new skills, processes, and technologies relevant to manufacturing.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in simulation tools such as Motosim and Roboguide.

Experience with PLC and robotics systems.

Strong mechanical design capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

Work Environment

This position is primarily in-office with travel to various sites across North America. The role requires working approximately 10-15 weekends per year. You will be part of a team that values off-line programming of robotics and typically transitions candidates to permanent roles after a six-month contract period. Team members enjoy the collaborative and supportive nature of the group.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Marysville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
