Paralegal - Commercial Subcontracts

This Opportunity

Operational contract support role responsible for increasing subcontracting throughput, strengthening documentation governance, and supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementation. This position replaces higher-cost attorney capacity with structured, process-driven execution support.

Your Impact

Draft review, and minister subcontracts agreements and amendments

Support Commercial Subcontracts Advisory function

Manage Contract documentation within CLM system

Ensure audit-ready documentation and version control

Monitor contract execution timelines and reduce cycle times

Support insurance and compliance documentation tracking

Assist with POWER integration and increased subcontract volume

Support task order simplification and template standardization

Partner with Legal on escalating risk matters

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

5+ years paralegal experience in contracts preferably engineering/construction

Strong understanding of contract lifecycle process

Experience with CLM platforms (required)

Strong document governance discipline

Ability to manage high-volume workflows

Detail-oriented with strong process mindset

Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $74,200.00 - $129,800.00

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $74,200.00 - $121,770.00
