2nd Shift production associate

Schedule: 2:15 PM - 12:45 AM

FLSA Class: Hourly

Wage Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Description

Adecco is seeking dedicated Packaging Assistants to help us fulfill our mission of bringing the joy of food to life . The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform metal detection on packaged finished goods.

Stack finished products onto pallets in the correct pattern.

Assist machine operators with changeovers, including cleaning, sanitizing, metal detection, screens, and magnets.

Ensure the team has required packaging materials and paperwork for upcoming production runs.

Learn and perform packaging of finished goods into bags or boxes across all production lines.

Operate a chain hoist and pallet jack when needed.

Use scales to verify proper fill weights.

Feed bags through bag sealers or secure liners and tape boxes using a tape gun.

Maintain frequent cleaning of the work area to ensure a safe food-production environment.

Keep tools and workspace clean and organized.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Basic Expectations

Support team members in learning and development.

Follow all safety and food-safety guidelines.

Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Show initiative and willingness to learn.

Display strong basic math and comprehension skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Frequent bending, lifting, and standing throughout the shift.

Ability to work in environments that may be loud or dusty.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
