Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Associate

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $18.55

Shift: Evenings (12:00pm -8:00pm)

What's the Job?

Safely load and unload products within the distribution center, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Process customer orders by scanning bar codes, picking, labeling, and packing items.

Build pallets, scan, and place completed orders for shipment, including re-palletizing as needed.

Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, and forklifts following safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with SOPs and safety standards.

What's Needed?

High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience preferred.

Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts.

Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and operate RF scanners.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and bending.
