Purpose

Paws Up Montana is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will develop collateral that elevates the Paws Up brand; coordinates internal requests from other departments; and helps provide exceptional experiences for our guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy guest-facing collateral - such as welcome packets, departure cards, menus, info sheets, event schedules, adventure guides, and more - that is focused on elevating the Paws Up brand and enhancing the guest experience

Establish and implement processes for receiving and delivering requests from other departments; ensure alignment with departments on project objectives, deliverables, processes, and timelines

Work closely with teams such as Ops, Lodging, Events, F&B, Guest Experience, etc. to ensure the most up-to-date collateral is being deployed on-site appropriately, accurately, and efficiently (maps, brochures, menus, itineraries, etc.)

Research, evaluate, gather quotes, and coordinate orders of on-site amenities such as pens, flags, banners, wristbands, holiday packaging, etc., as well as printed items such as brochures, maps, signage, etc.

Own and organize SharePoint, including distributing and properly archiving final files at completion of project

Train, update, and audit AI assistant to ensure info is accurate, helpful, and on brand

Research third-party companies, agencies, and freelancers for added photo, video, and creative needs

Track budget and spend for all Marketing Team-specific collateral, amenities, etc.

Manage PRs in SpendMap (and track budget and spend) for all Marketing Team-related items

Track online reviews and post appropriate responses

Fulfill gift certificate requests, provide trademark documents, etc.

Provide tours and hosting assistance for Sales, Marketing, and/or Press guests on property.

Other responsibilities as requested.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related degree

1-2 years' experience as a marketing coordinator

Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products, Teamwork, and Canva a plus
