MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Business Process Analyst , the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our customers. You will play a crucial role in:
Provide requirements analysis and related support of new systems and processes being developed in Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, and other technologies
Performing data entry and records updates
Contributing to project success by influencing individuals on and outside of their team
Collecting information by engaging in dialogue with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports
Producing reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
Determining business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs
Providing data analytics and key insights
Collecting detailed project requirements and anticipates technical needs
Collaborating with developers to create future state automated workflows
Manage the flow of development from idea to release
Composing user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives to improve Agile development processes
Highlighting and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections
Troubleshoot and investigate issues reported by business users and provides ongoing communication about status
Create end user documentation including user and quick reference guides
Describe and execute test cases
Manage requirements in Jira using a backlog, and collaborates with product owners to prioritize the backlog
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

? Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
? Experience: 1+ years of related experience with business and/or data analysis
? Required Skills:
Experience translating business requirements in support of new systems and processes being developed in Microsoft Power Platforms, Tableau, and other technologies
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Initiative to develop, run, and present project reports
Exposure to Agile, Project Management Principles, and Jira
Exposure to Dashboard Development and Reporting via Tableau Desktop or Microsoft Power BI
Exposure with Microsoft SharePoint
Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
Experience using Jira (or similar tool) to manage user stories and projects
Additional Experience

Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing client needs

The likely salary range for this position is $57,824 - $74,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
