Program Manager/Manufacturing Process Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee the coordination and facilitation of moving a warehouse and setting up a new one on-site. This role involves extensive planning and scheduling with various vendors and requires experience in operations and process flow improvement. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with the project, capable of creating PowerPoint presentations, and possess excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with executives and investors.

$130,000

6 month minimum - potential to go permanent

Responsibilities

Develop long-term roadmaps for site transfers, aligning facility changes with corporate growth and sustainability goals.

Lead the verification of all building and asset information, ensuring accurate transfer into new CAFM systems.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Manage multi-million-pound budgets, focusing on cost-effective procurement and mitigating hidden costs.

Ensure all sites meet updated environmental, health, and security standards, including sustainability reporting and fire safety regulations.

Leverage AI-driven project intelligence and real-time dashboards to monitor progress and predict bottlenecks during the transfer.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Roles often require an IWFM Level 6 or 7 qualification.

Professional recognition such as PgMP (Program Management Professional) or Member grade of the IWFM is highly preferred.

Typically 7-10+ years in large-scale facility operations or project delivery.

Advanced financial acumen and high Emotional Intelligence (EI) for managing remote/distributed teams.

Expertise in change management frameworks.

This is a Contract position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62.00 - $65.00/hr.
