Job Title: Part-Time Receptionist

Location: Shamong, NJ

Type: Contract-to-permanent opportunity

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly

Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Hours: Part-Time. 10:00 AM-2:00 PM | 2-3 days a week

Receptionist Job Duties:

Provide support to the Office Manager.

Answer phones and and determine/organize the calls/messages into different levels of importance.

Greet residents that come into the office and gather any in person information and enter it into the daily message log for the Office Manager.

Receptionist Job Requirements:

Previous office related experience is required.

Experience with answering phones and taking detailed messages.

Friendly and professional demeanor.

Customer service experience directly with the public is helpful.
