Job Title: Adjuster Assistant

Job Description

Join our team as an Adjuster Assistant on the 2nd shift from 2pm-10pm. This role offers a $1 shift differential when hired permanently.

Responsibilities

Keep the work areas clean and organized.

Supply machines with paper, ink, and glue.

Change paper rolls and printing plates.

Assist with packing as needed.

Essential Skills

Mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools.

Ability to pass math, ruler, and mechanical tests.

Physical capability for walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.

Keen attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with other adjusters.

Previous machine operating experience is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of mechanical aptitude and production/machine operating experience.

Steady work history with more than 2 years at one company in the past 10 years.

Highly motivated individual.

Experience from packaging, metals, printing, or converting industry is advantageous.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WAUKEGAN, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
