We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Operations Manager to empower efficiency and drive process excellence!ActionLink is a premier retail marketing solutions company on a mission to promote our clients' innovative products and enhance brand presence through strategic sales campaigns and cutting-edge retail display installations.

As an Operations Manager, you will be a key partner to ActionLink's Account Team, supporting the execution of specific client programs. You'll own the operational planning, timelines, and performance objectives within your assigned accounts, ensuring all projects meet established Key Performance Indicators.

This highly visible, client-facing role requires close collaboration with clients and cross-functional internal teams to deliver seamless execution and outstanding program results. You'll be responsible for maintaining both the strategic vision and day-to-day tactical operations of your projects.

Core Responsibilities**

Build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program execution.

Conduct detailed business analysis and clearly communicate results and insights.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, develop recommendations, and implement enhancements that drive program success.

Ensure programs are executed on time, on target, and in alignment with client expectations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and decision-maker for the execution of client project objectives, ensuring timelines and KPIs are met.

Partner directly with client representatives to build project timelines, establish executable processes, and adjust strategic or tactical plans as needed to stay on schedule.

Provide clear communication of program goals, maintaining oversight of all project details within ActionLink's management systems and conducting project-specific quality assurance.

Support operational tasks such as fulfillment orders and administrative needs, while reporting on program performance and driving continuous improvement.

Talent We are Seeking

Preferably reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone

Ability to read, update, and create basic spreadsheets with tables, pivot tables, and charts

Capable of creating professional, well-structured PowerPoint presentations

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong time-management and organizational skills

Experience in a similar role or equivalent education (Bachelor's or Master's) preferred but not required

Physical Requirements

Access to quiet work space with reliable high-speed internet connectivity and smartphone

Valid driver's license and ability to rent a car under ActionLink's corporate insurance standards

Travel locally by vehicle and/or nationally by plane as needed or requested
