ENTRY LEVEL

Renesas Electronics is seeking an early-career Digital Design Engineer to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role supports the development of Charger and PMIC devices for Tier 1 mobile customers.

Key Responsibilities

Design efficient digital blocks that meet functional, cost, power, and specification requirements.

Develop TCL scripts and design constraints for CDC analysis, synthesis, DFT insertion, and static timing analysis.

Support DFT strategy, implementation, and test case verification.

Contribute to verification planning, feature extraction, and test development.

Perform silicon evaluation as required.

Document errata and support device modifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with up to two years of experience, or a recent Master's degree.

Experience with SystemVerilog RTL and ASIC design methodologies.

Familiarity with SystemVerilog Assertions and UVM is a plus.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Proficient written and verbal English.

Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
