Sales Assistant

Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Venice, Florida. This position involves supporting potential homebuyers by providing information and guiding them during their visits to model homes. As a long-term contract role, you will play a key part in creating a positive experience for visitors while ensuring smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors at the model home or sales office, providing a welcoming and attentive environment.

Distribute pre-prepared information packets to potential homebuyers and answer basic inquiries.

Guide visitors on how to use QR codes for self-guided tours in the model home.

Coordinate with New Home Counselors to ensure smooth transition and training prior to coverage.

Follow written instructions to manage daily tasks effectively and ensure efficient operation of the sales office.

Encourage visitors to schedule appointments for further discussions with licensed sales representatives.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all materials are readily available for visitors.

Uphold company policies by refraining from sharing pricing information or showing homes directly.

Collaborate with team members to address any concerns or improve the visitor experience. Requirements - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of visitors.

Prior experience in inside sales, direct sales, or a similar customer-facing role.

Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales processes.

Ability to follow written instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational skills to manage materials and maintain a tidy workspace.

Comfortable using technology, including QR codes and basic office equipment.

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work scheduled hours consistently.
