Description

We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This opportunity will focus on delivering impactful marketing strategies and fostering brand growth in a detail-oriented services environment. The ideal candidate will excel in project management, communication, and collaboration to drive marketing initiatives to success.

Responsibilities:

Organize and lead meetings with industry group leaders to present project updates, strategies, and outcomes.

Provide detailed progress reports and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership on marketing projects.

Collaborate on regional marketing initiatives alongside the Marketing Manager.

Utilize project management tools effectively to ensure streamlined workflows, adherence to deadlines, and thorough documentation.

Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.

Coordinate digital marketing strategies to improve online presence and audience reach.

Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to target key demographics and achieve campaign goals.

Create and manage marketing materials to align with branding and business objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.

Requirements - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing and executing diverse marketing projects.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation capabilities.

Familiarity with project management systems; experience with Workfront is advantageous.

Experience in marketing for fields such as accounting, legal, or consulting is preferred.

Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Experience in planning and executing email and B2B marketing campaigns. Innovation starts with people.®
