Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
3 years of experience in a strategy and operations or consulting role.
3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing complex projects across multiple functions and product areas.
Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem (viewers, creators, advertisers) and products.
Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, and impeccable business judgment.
Investigative mindset, strong strategic thinking, clear communication, attention to detail and cross-functional coordination skills.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
About the job
The YouTube Business Product Activation team is responsible for bringing products to market and the market to product. The team works closely with business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products. Our work spans Creators, Music, TV & Film, Sports, Shopping, Shorts, Gaming, Kids, Learning and much more.
The core capabilities of the team include: identifying and prioritizing product GTM opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding the needs of partners and creators to provide Product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, and much more.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Drive hypothesis driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.
Define and shape GTM plans, execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, and quarterly forecasting.
Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. Own program management and tracking for key programs.
Work seamlessly with global & regional Business and Product Management teams to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals.
Lead complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
