Job Title: vTL Operator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled vTL Operator to perform essential operations on Lathe or Milling Machines. This role involves loading and unloading new parts, conducting part inspections, executing tool changes, and running preventative maintenance and minor adjustments. The successful candidate will be responsible for running and maintaining the function of two or more machines in a manufacturing cell while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Perform required operations on Lathe or Milling Machines.

Load and unload new parts.

Conduct part inspections and execute tool changes.

Perform preventative maintenance and minor adjustments.

Run and maintain the function of two or more machines in the manufacturing cell.

Utilize height gauges, micrometers, calipers, and various power tools.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Essential Skills

Experience with Lathe and Milling machines.

Proficiency in machining and mill operations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Skilled in using calipers and micrometers.

Familiarity with Haas machinery.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in lathe machining or grinding.

This role is based in a clean, climate-controlled facility, ensuring a comfortable work environment. The position requires the use of various tools and machinery, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Erlanger, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
